Fox float 32 r.l hard springs wanted

Yeah, RLs will have adjustable Rebound and Lockout but any changes to compression will need to be done with thicker oil. (Hence the existence of RLCs, with adjustable Compression)

Plenty of instructions on the web.

Just increasing the pressure will (possibly) make them pogo, so adding a bit more rebound damping will counter that.

Re:

Help needed I've found the valve and attempted to put air in usein a foot pump but the exact opposite happened can someone tell me how I do it cheers

A foot pump won't cut the mustard as you need to get a lot of pressure in a fork. Tyres run at much lower pressure so you need a shock pump. If you don't have one, I'm sure you lbs will happily put some air in your fork. You'll need to know what pressure for your weight, your fork may have a handy sticker telling you what you need. Solo air forks just need one chamber filling, dual air will need two and will have an air cap at the top.as well as the bottom of a fork leg.
