I think I've caught manana. I can recommend it to everybody.
Each of item 2's has 140mm travel with a 15mm dropout [included]. The sag is air adjusted by pre loading the RC3 cartridge which works on the Ti spring. There's a rebound adjust too. Neither of these have ever seen a wet day in their lives.
Item 3 I bought here about 6 years ago and it has outlived two frames [a bit like that Toyota pickup, it just keeps on working]. It'll come with a spare set of decals and the 20mm Axle. It should have 140m travel but I've never got better than 105. You can preload the springs in each of the legs by a knob at the top and that's about it. It performs well enough in rock gardens and steep descents but it'll probably double the weight of your bike mind.
