Found RIH Model Campagnolo

I am new to bikes, and recently I was offered an old bike that was stored in a warehouse for long.
It's a RIH Model Campagnolo!
A friend said it's a rare and valuable bike, and he wants to buy it from me.
The question is: how much can it worth??? :?:

Looks like a nice winter / touring frame. The bits are Campag Gran Sport: nice enough but entry to their range. The brake levers aren't so nice and the wheels appear to be dreadful steel rims with cheap hubs and galvanized spokes (I'm prepared to be corrected).

I can't comment on Dutch prices (I assume you are in NL) but I would imagine it going for £100 or a little less. Break it up and you would probably get £100+ for the bits.

A cleanup, new cabling, levers and wheels would get a sale price of perhaps £250.
