Found in my local classifieds...

This time I've seen a funky e-cargo bike, model Zurrell CS100 (?), selling for 5k. It does not seem to have a lot of cargo capacity that a normal bike could not carry with some racks and baskets/panniers...

The Ca Go CS series...
It is designed to ride like a normal bike. In other words, it has a small turning circle and still has a low centre of gravity when loaded. To realise this, it has three pannier racks. A beer crate fits in the lower one, a Euro bakery crate on the front one (not mounted here) and a basket and panniers on the rear one (also not mounted). The steering is controlled by wire ropes and has a gear ratio so that it can be turned on the spot even when loaded.
They call the concept CUV, city utility vehicle.
Here it is with all the racks. 211-240613_CaGo_CS200-FS200_Düsseldorf-_1.webp Screenshot_20241002-165954_1.webp

After a long while, this weekend the local classifieds was full of goodies...

First, a Porsche bike, starting at 2.2k, quickly down to 1.7k and decreasing... It looks pretty unused, I guess it was a present with the car the owner had no interest in using

Another "car-bike", in this case a balance bike from BMW, yours for 35€. The fake carbon panels of the sides are, as expected in a kids bike, full of scratches. Luckily no catastrophic failure expected ;-)

wow, that's a cool one...
Just googled a bit, it was sold after they have presented 2016 the vision "next 100 years" with some car prototypes but also a bit similar looking motorbike https://www.1000ps.de/modellnews-3002653-bmw-motorrad-vision-next-100

No idea if the kids bike was sold a lot or how many of them and to what price, but you could have ordered this via regular BMW dealers

Have you bought it in the end?
My kids are to big meanwhile, but maybe this engine dummy or the entire silver painted part at the lower could be removed, so also the BMW sticker (for us non-car guys here), and this would look a bit like the iconic monocoque carbon mountain bikes of the 90ties :D

In fact, it's a wooden frame, just with carbon foil covered.

My kids are already in the 20"-24" range, so balance bikes are long gone. I just thought it was cool. Now looking for suitable 26" models in small size. Heart says cool classics with good components, quality frame and rigid fork, head says dynamo lights, mudguards and rear rack... :)
