Hello everyone,
I need to pick the collective brain here a little. I think I'm out of my depth!
I'm trying to service my Magura Ronin 110 forks, they've never been done so I figured why not, I did it on some Judy's way back so whatever!
Wrong! Nothing's going right.
I'm trying to refill the non-air side leg with 110cc of fork oil as stated in the service manual. I squirt it in, and it's 'accepted' but when I re-compress the forks to re-attached / bolt on the leg it fires all the all out of the screw hole and all over my garage! FORK'SPLOSION!
This has happened twice now, wasting all but the last little dribble of the oil at the bottom on the leg each time. What am I doing wrong?
I've tried going for a ride with the forks but now they squeak (sort of a 'toot toot' kind of sound) on top-out, so too little oil?
