It is pressed in.
I think it can be replaced but only at a professional shop.
Much more easy is an extender available below 10 Euro.
Or you buy my other AMP and just change the upper part.

The dampers on the AMP 's are the same. Only difference with DH version is the two of them. If they used another oil or so I dont know.
