Fork weight

What sort of weight should i expect for a "reasonable" quality rigid fork?
Around 1000gms. . . or should i expect less.
How much would i expect to pay for a reasonable pair of forks - either new or used. . .?

I had a pair of Ritchey logic triple butted ones which were about 750g.
Got a feeling Kona Project 2 triple butted are about 800g.
Therefore, I would be looking for some under the 1000g mark.

Project Two can be had for buttons as well, but it really depends on what frame you are throwing it on. ?

750/800g for most unicrown forks with reasonable steerer length

Other styles tend to be heavier (bolt on crown, name of style escapes me, pace/syncros/tange switchblades..)

modern forks might be more as they have longer legs.
