Fork selection help

Hi guys,

Just ordered myself an On One Inbred frame :D

Was after a bit of help/advice as to what forks to go for out of the following selection:

Rock Shox Tora SL Coil Forks - Turnkey 2010
Rock Shox Dart 3 Forks - Poploc 2010
Rock Shox Dart 3 Forks - Turnkey & Poploc 2010

Cheers

Blatantly ignoring your restriction of choice, ignore all 3 forks and buy something of better spec used from a nice chap or chapess on here!

Having had both Tora and Dart forks I'd buy the Toras again any day of the week.

Cracking value for money, and a damn sight plusher that the Darts. Also, the Toras look a lot better quality, the Darts just look cheap.

Toras seem to be wnning the vote so far.

I would consider a used set of 'better forks' but the toras are available for £120 at the mo and that seemed like a pretty good deal.

ziggy could you justify your answer? also what is turnkey? just wondering...

Sure; Darts suck

On a slightly more serious note, the Darts are the top of the not-really-a-serious-mountain-bike-fork range, wheras Toras are a heavier, cheaper version of their 'proper' forks. Toras really are quite impressive for the money, especially if you're used to retro stuff! :)

& 28mm vs 32mm stantions does make a big difference.

Turnkey = lockout (on the fork rather than remote IIRC)
