Hi Folks, as I briefly mentioned in the NY resolution thread, I will be winding up my Pace fork servicing business FORK-English within this year after 18 years.
Business has tailed off in recent years but it has given me the opportunity to carry out many fulfilling rebuilds, services and custom builds of countless Pace forks, following on from 7 years working at Pace, initially in the fork department and then as the service/warranty guy. There can’t be many Pace forks without my fingerprints!!
With the help of my many valued customers it has been a privilege to ‘Keep the Pace’ over the years, my aim from the start to do a proper job’.
As some of you will know, I have been reducing my collection of Pace parts on here and more recently on the ‘bay (thatretrothing) which I will continue to do.
I have a few rare items to sort out, together with my collection of ‘sample’ and prototype forks which I will rebuild and clear gradually. I will try and sort a sales thread on here soon.
I will add to this thread with some details of the various custom builds and conversions that I have carried out, together with some service and safety details covering the various fork models.
So many thanks to all who have allowed me to work on their forks, wether for servicing or the many rebuilds, restorations and custom projects. I will continue working on forks for a short while yet.
Cheers everyone
Tim
