If you don't mind discs then even more options for you, and the ones you linked to would be fine. I'd be tempted to go for something more warrantied and with a good reputation. Can't speak for the forks you've linked to. I just prefer knowing that my forks are capable, bit if for tow paths etc then I'd probably not worry as much.
