Eddy Merckx Litespeed Titine EX 1995 Titanium Road Bike
This is a vintage classic and a rare top of the range frame.
There are some signs wear, some small marks to the decals
and frame and a slight rattle in the bearings on the front wheel
but a beautiful bike needing a new home.

A little bit of background -
By 1995 Eddy Merckx started using Litespeed to built their titanium frames.
Litespeed at the time were owned by the Lynksey family, who sold the company in 1999 and,
later on, set up their own brand again making titanium bikes under the Lynksey brand name.
The Litspeed built Merckx frames were not simply re-badged Litespeeds,
and were built with the same 'century' geometry as Merckx' steel bikes.
Eddy Merckx' made titanium frames from 1995-97. The AX frame was made from 3/2.5 Titanium,
and the EX featured an over-sized ovalised seat tube and down tube,
made from higher grade and apparently stiffer 6/4 ti.
This is the EX made from the higher grade Titanium with the oversized downtube.
Provenance photos can be provided if needed.

Have a look at the photos, if you're not sure about anything,
just ask.

hi, would you like to drop the price to £600 ?
First ever post in the forum and this is what you are coming with? I suggest you equip yourself with a little bit of a knowledge on bikes before making such a low ball offer. Newbie or not.

Low ball indeed. I would have paid 600GBP just for the frame ... if the seller had answered my PN and would have shipped to the mainland
