I have spare 6400 8 speed shifters. Recently overhauled, took them apart, cleaned, regreased. Fabricated new end stickers and got hold of nos hoods. Couple of little scuffs but in really good condition. Tried to highlight the bad spots. I will throw in another 2 sets of stickers with slightly different colors.

Also 6500 rear deraileur. In good working order, some scratches, but nothing major. Pulleys not worn but after some 1-2k miles could be replaced.
