Agree with above, that bike needs to be seen please. Gary H's first Ti mountainbike frames were made in his home basement in the early 80s and his first reveal in 1985, with the first Fat Chance Titanium.
Dont know for sure though. I will make a picture soon. But by the looks with no rear cantilever bracket and no cable mounts for rear brake on top tube i think it comes close. The one thing i know is its a very old marin ti frame.. some say it was built by litespeed. When i bought it it had no decals. No canti bracket and no cable mounts to the rear brake.
This is my very early Ti Marin. As you can see it looks very similar to the one on Photo. You can see there are black pvc cable mounts sticked on the top tube.. Still need to mount rear brakes though. It is without top tube cable mounts and without cantilever bracket. I bought it 2nd hand without decals. There are early numbers engraved on the rear pad built by Litespeed.
