That does look like a lot of fun. Sadly my budget for a f*ck-about-folder is £75.View attachment 949408
The strida
Genius!
But not without its faults
I've owned a couple of these.
You could too:

I don't like it as a bike, but it's a lovely design.I am surprised you like these. I am not really a fan of the contrived design.
Thanks for those links, Its a lot bigger than I thought it was just from the picture as I had a mental imagine of it being halfway between a kids bike and a circus clowns bike...I don't like it as a bike, but it's a lovely design.
Fairly awful to ride, like most small wheeled bikes...
(Quiet at the Back There!)
But folded, it's a wheel on a stick, looks a bit like youre measuring distance.
Stub axles with sturmey drums
Belt drive
Built in carrier and guards
Bonded aluminium triangle, the original weighed 8kg iirc.
Here's a long term owner review of the modern item:

Video shows quick fold.

I do get to own loads of bikes i don't really like - as long as there's a market,
Just buy it, tell Chelle, Bob said it was ok. Then she'll be oh okHush you for pity's sake![]()
