Not at that price, being 1.8m tall has some advantages. Think the modern Moultons will fit you at 1.9m.

As far as I am aware, they have a 54cm virtual top tube. But you are welcome to correct me, I love the spaceframes

The only foldable bike I’ve ridden is as I said at the start of the thread is the csepel camping. They are very fun to ride though but I only have one point of view here.
