Made them and the fork and did the frame mods (bottle bosses, headtube chop and face and bb chop, re-tap and face, canti posts and cable routing) myself. Built the wheels too.

Pair of 1970 Batavus Passan Twins I have just acquired 22" wheels, single speed, fixed racks and dynamo lights,back pedal brake only, Both bikes have square seat posts, They split in half completely and believe it or not are really good to ride.
