In case you don't know the brand, Tubus is quite popular among cycletourers as it's one of very few manufacturers making the racks in steel, so they are very sturdy and with a good warranty. They are also tubular, so very light, in comparison with Surly racks, also steel but super heavy. Finally, this Cosmo model is stainless steel, unlike other Tubus models that are painted and despite the high price the paint rubs off relatively easy.
They used to be made in Germany but now produced in China. Quality seems to be the same, price too, and you can see copies in Aliexpress...
