Put Vintage Handlebars into eBay and you'll get plenty of results. Take your pick! Could be worth waiting until you've got some bars before buying a stem. If you end up with plain alloy bars, an anodised stem like the 1a always looks like a bit of a clash of finishes. 1a will also need a shim because it's 26mm at the clamp, not 25.4mm.
Weinmann levers are ok but they are a bit flexy. But if you've already got older brakes like Weinmann 500s fitted it won't make a lot of difference having a bit of flex in the levers.

I'd like to try and obtain period parts but that's looking unlikely , I've seen flat bar levers by weinmann but bars seen to be an issue unless new, I've looked at North road bars and think they may be the answer. Luckily I'm not in a rush to get it finished and will continue the search.
