Flanders road bike - any info appreciated!!

i was watching a dura ace equiped flanders frame on fleabay recently.. i'm sure it will be a far east carbon frame but aren't they all. my mate from poperinge in belgium described them as the ribble of his homeland

i think this age flanders frame look great although the back stays are different to mine.not to sure when these were built but i'm guessing about mid to late 90's if anybody knows please let me know.
