Fitting a standard shock to my foes

Hi.can anyone point me in the direction of someone who can make me a device so I can fit a standard shock to my fxr which has a curnutt shock as standard. Foes themselves made such a device at one point but they are impossible to find

If you can get some decent pics of the original then a local engineering firm is probably the easiest solution.

I did find this though.
Does anyone know of a firm in Sheffield who could make me one?
