Now I've done it! I've gone overboard and ordered a set of Bob Jackson Stickers, 531 decals and the laminated original job card. Should go with the Dura Ace seatpost and square taper chainset I bought for it. Photos as soon as it's all done.
I visited Visual Impact with my Harry Hall bike. I wanted to buy some stickers - red lettering on a white background - similar to yours. But they could only offer me the letters mounted on a backing paper. Problem is the frame has the previous owner's surname on decals underneath a coat of lacquer. Rather than remove the lacquer I just want sticky vinyl. Your Bob Jackson decals look exactly the type I what I wanted. Anyone any ideas for obtaining sticky vinyl type?
Lovely build - Id need a ladder to get on it though
for others try Nick at http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepage ... decals.htm
Seem to have a good range, I have some on order for the Nigel Dean and will update when I get them
Cheers
I'm off to a hardware shop now I've given up on Bob Jackson ever bieng helpful ( I don't want to talk about how monumentally obstructive they've been ). I'm going to get plain cream panels and get Visual put YET more bloody stickers on.
