Finding original parts list

As the title suggests I'm trying to find out what would have been the orginal spec for a bike I have recently bought -

It's (I believe) a late 90s? Cannondale CAD3 Saeco, this is the listing posted by the seller https://forum.cyclinguk.org/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=113512

I'm not sure how to go about finding out what parts are original and what has been swapped around over the years, any suggestions?

I had a cursory look (10 mins max) the CAAD3 Saeco looks to be based on the 1998 R4000. In 99 it was the R5000 CAAD4. See pic below, it looks like DA7700 9 speed with Spinergy wheels

Exactly what I was after, will be bookmarking that page.

Thank you very much, now I just have to justify Dura-Ace, the Spinergy wheels may not like my 100kg frame so will look for something less flexible.

Thanks
