Finally got some photos of my Wicked Fat Chance!

Retro Newbie
I finally managed to get some time to dig the Wicked out of the garage and take some photos! It would be much appreciated if somone can give me an idea of what this may be worth?
If it sells I'll be using the money to help buy a trail bike (motorcycle) so I would be willing to split if anyone is interested...

It's in surprisingly good condition and has a few cool things. Front Kore skewer, Rollamajig, tyres in very good condition, MRP alloy chainbolts, alloy bottle bolts, Nisene saddle, hardly any wear on the drive train, brake pads all good, forks great - double lip seals, everything works and works well.

The fork has the correct Pace 1" steerer (ahead) with a spacer to fit a regular stem which gives a lot more options. I also have a 1" threaded steerer for the fork.

The bottle cage is just a regular, nothing special at all. Bike could do with a wash but it's not bad - it's honest!

Any info very much appreciated, cheers

Re:

You could regret selling that. Lovely build. How much are you thinking for tye wheels ? Any issues with them ? cracks, loose bearings, play etc

It's taken me a long time to decide to sell it and I definitely will miss it but I'm committed to the next project now and I've come to realise I need to be realistic. I haven't used it in years and I'm not going to either sadly.

The rear wheel has the chain guard in place - not long after I bought them someone borrowed them for their own bike and removed it (I still have no idea why?!?!) and the chain went too far and went off the cassette. It did some minor damage but nothing structural and I rode them for a long time after. I'm a 'heavier' rider and never had any issues but it still bugs me a bit as it stops them from being absolutely perfect. Although it's not very noticable. The rims have hardly any wear so no worries there. The chainguard was put back on to prevent any more damage. The bearings are perfect, no play in the wheels, no cracks at all and no rattles!!! It was common for swarf from the rims to be left floating around in the rims from teh factory which was really annoying at low speeds, however these have none :) And no knocks, no dings, no nicks.
The front is superb with no damage at all. Bearings again are perfect, rims harldy any wear again, no cracks, no play, no rattles, no knocks, no dings, no nicks.
Both valve extenders are also with them.

I'm being honest and up front as I don't want anyone to think they are mint. They're not mint as they were used and it's a mtb. But at the same time they are in great condition.

As for a price? Not quite sure? I've been told they could be worth a couple hundred? Or am I way off?

I'd say £200 was a touch on the low side and you should get at least £250, based on the condition described.

I like it. I want it. How much are you thinking for the whole bike... or for the whole bike minus the wheels, then? And are you anywhere near London?

Hey Porto1

I'll pm you when I get home this evening, was hoping to get as close to 600 as possible which includes all extras and p&p
I'm up in Glasgow but can arrange post if need be...

Cheers
