Who knew there was a non Hitchcock version of The 39 Steps? Kenneth More did — he starred in the 1959 Rank Film Distributors’ remake, as Richard Hannay, on the run from the police and hunted by a gang of spies. Here he is in Scotland, perched atop a nifty club bike, looking at a map and wondering which way lies safety. Glenkirk?
