Fillet brazed and a bit rusty!

Some sort of fillet brazed vintage road bike under all the rust. Listed as a “Perrett” but looking at the head badge that’s from a repaint. Possibly a nice old Cinelli stem albeit very corroded, think it’s beyond aluminium foil and water!

There’s a few other interesting bike minus wheels lots in the same auction, a few with what look like Brooks Swallow saddles so probably someone’s pride and joy long ago.

The item labelled, "A RETRO GREEN BICYCLE" has lugs that seem similar to Ephgrave No. 1. And an interesting lugged stem that I do not recognize--maybe hand made? Unfortunately the pictures are very blurry. Too small for me, otherwise I would be tempted to put in a bid just out of curiosity.

Wow, the bike looks amazing. such a retro piece. and the photos don't seem to be blurry. Some easy steps of editing the photo will help you with that.
