I've ordered two lights from Halfords and they're on the way already! I've gone for a 1600 lumens for the handlebars and a 500 lumens for helmet. Using the British Cycling discount and an employer discount for vouchers I've paid only £81!

I have the Halfords 1600 lumen one, helmet mounted, it's pretty bright on full power.

That's interesting to know! From reviews I'd thought it perhaps a bit heavy for helmet mounting?

Being much slower than you guys my 850 lumens should be enough but I do have multiple lighting options. I go for quantity and surprisingly quality too as my lights are old school high end.
