Take it easy Kenny, that was a stair ane for what looked an innocuous fall eh.

We went up the top of the forest but mos of the downhills were absolutely sodden.

Still was a braw day out.

Marshalling at park run the morra then 5k trail run on Sunday...shona doing 15k lol.

Might get a tootle round with shona on sat pm.

Very hard but enjoyable ride with Clubby and Zigzag, the weather was good but bloody slippery under foot.
I'm getting right back into it (falling off) it's like I've never been away :mrgreen:
