ZZ hows your trails riding or lomonds or cambusbarron North third....or kelty wids

Local trails are alright but still muddy in places. Got a couple of new sections that are not bad, although a couple of the Callendar Park trails have been nuked by recent logging (the good one is still OK though).

Don't mind staying local, although Cambusbarron/North 3rd might be nice too. Your call.

Re:

How about we give either your trails or north third a try for a change ?

John, you'd like both of these mate....thats a hint lol.

He's connected to Blairadam by a umbilical cord you've nay chance

Naw am no. :p

Jist back from a ride fae the hoose up Benarty then down and over tae Harran Hill then the downhill bit through Harran Hill wids, then back oot the Meedies road tae ma hoose.
Jeezo, it wiz warm. Not complaining, merely making a statement of fact.
Made the mistake of attempting the downhill bit in the wids off Benarty on my hardtail F800, quickly retraced my way back to where I should have been going down.

Cambusbarron/North Third might be good, not been there MTBing, just climbing.

Re:

One of the guys from Meedies Bike Club has posted on TrailScotland in reply to our concerns about race route.
He said he's hopefully going to be in Blairadam on Sunday afternoon and he could show us the proposed race route and listen to us.

Not replied to him yet but thinking of going there instead of Cambusbarron, aye awright Rob  , depending on what time we finish or when he's gonnae be in Blairadam.

Was in there for a short ride yesterday, spent way more time working than riding but it's as dry as I've seen it for a long time.
