I'm no coming :facepalm: but that's not a surprise after me surviving our rugby club's annual oldies and youngies game today.
Got a sore right ankle and right shoulder (try saving tackle but by feck it hurt :roll: ) but I'll no be able tae get oot my comfy bed tomorrow as I'll only feel worse than I do now. Might have a wee trundle on the bikes with my wife and lassies tomorrow afternoon.

A grand day out until I fell off again !! Beginning to make a habit of it. Just watched the GoPro footage and I appear to have crashed heavily on my left side on a pan flat bit of blue
Still don't know what happened. Video shows front wheel getting a kick sideways and I hit the deck.
Had my dinner and just about to dose up on Co-codamol and brufen. Ribs are incredibly sore but lungs are working and there's no blood in my piss.

That was great, just what I needed after all the shite weather. We took the red up to the radio mast, and then the new trail down to Spooky (Carl's Lane) - lovely bit of track and definitely worth the extra effort. A few highlights, but didn't catch Andy's tumble though...

Cracking video. It was making me dizzy watching the speed the trees were flying past. Don't remember travelling that fast the last time I braved GT.

Gutted I missed it but Mrs W wanted to go shopping......

Only just now getting over the pain from a fabulous days riding. Apologies to Keith for my rather 'direct' opinions, my discretion switch was broken. The ZZ vimeo makes it all look rather sedate instead of the seat of the pants just this side of disaster riding I felt I was doing but then I had no suspension and questionable brakes Must do it again sometime. Thanks everyone
