Fenders on a frame without eyelets

I am planning a city bike build but would like a nice light frame.

Nearly all the light quality road frames don't have eyelets and I wish light fenders.

But I don't want to use the SKS type ones that are fixed on the fork legs and seatstays with "rubbers" ;) as it is not rigid enough for my liking and not classy enough :?

So I am looking for an elegant way to attach regular light fenders to the bottom of the forks and seatstays.
Seatstays may be quite easy with alu parts that will clamp the flat part above the derailleur hanger. Front will be more tricky ( so as not to slide at the bottom of the legs)

Has anybody seen something that could do the trick already manufactured

or do I need to cut, file and tap some alu parts myself  ;) :?

any suggestions for an elegant and classy solution welcomed ;)

For the rear stays, I used to use the backing plates off Christophe toe clips with a few winds of old inner tube under them. Worked a treat as the plates bend round really easily and I always seemed to have loads lying around.

Probably did the same on the bottom of the forks just above the drop outs, but I know I used P clips with good results once as well. Halfords have them, as do many reputable cycle shops.
