Whats your favourite retro-esque tyre?

(I love my weight but cream Panaracer Smoke and Dart combo in off cream. Looking at them now. The tread is quite vicious...not very fast rolling tho as I encountered cycling into work today)

Yep, deffo the smoke dart combo.

Used to run smokes up front too, but the were leathal on wet tarmac

That spike tyre was awesome. I remember my old riding buddy having one on the front. Comedy tyre! All over the pace he was...

Great in loose gravel and thicky thick thick mud, otherwise a 'Comedy Tire' my mate had a pair and you could hear him coming down the road on smooth tarmac - whhhhhrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Used to love the old IRC yeti FRO tyres, went through loads of 'em. Good volume for the lightish weight and fast rolling. Nice round profile which I like for cornmering as well. Love to get a pair of 'em again.

I used to run a specialized hardpack 2.2 on the front and a ground control 1.95 on the back.
