Max Sciandri, for his wonderful feat of British Derring Do at the Atlanta Olympics. The bravest ride I've ever seen! I watchedit all, getting thoroughly plastered in a bar in Spain, habving been roughing it up the Sierra de Grazalema for three days.

But always lived in Italy Nothing against Max,he's a class act,but it was alot easier for him to be British than Italian(not that he's the only one to do it in sport).

At the time, he was the top ranked Italian rider, but, I forget the reason, he wasn't selected for the Italian team.
The 1st Italian, riding for Italy, finished outside the top 20.
Point very much proven !

Today I dig Danny MacAskill and Steve Peat...you gotta love Peat's teeth!

Roadies I like Thor Hushovd, although I also dig the family stories....current brothers like the Schleck and Chavanel brothers.
