During my teen years I raced downhill mountain bikes and during my 20s did some light mountain biking as well as a couple of polaris challenges......now at the ripe old age of 31 I decided I wanted to give road biking a go.
My brother recently bought a road bike from ebay and offered me the bike + cash for mine.....so I thought what they heck and said yes.
So here is the bike.... Its a Fausto Coppi Stelvio with what looks like a Shimano RSX groupset. It rides well apart from the gears being a bit sloppy and it doesn't seem "quite right" when I'm up out of the saddle giving it some beans.....the might be due to my 16 stone weight, tyre pressure or indeed just the nature of the frame....apart from that I enjout the ride.
I however, have no idea what year the bike is, whether its any good so am really fishing for any knowledge or opinions on it.....to me it looks original (apart from the SPDs I've just added).
So guys, what do you think?
