that's one of the taiwan built frames, to be fair they were quite good and pretty light, the brakes are likely to be ultegra and those wheels weren't great but overall they were good value, the fausto coppi name was licensed by Moore and Large to produce a range from about 2003/4 for a few years, i used to sell them.
