Abolutely not. Thats another pair of levers. Thanks to some less than honest ebay sellers in order to get one complete set of working Pauls brakes I had to purchase 5 brake levers, 3 pairs of stoplights and one pair of crosstops :?
If anyone has any tips for crosstop setup let me know...

The frame is perhaps and touch small - the post is indeed right on the limit. Rides well enough though and the small size is indeed period correct
