I watch the market for these as it’s one on my list to own. Without the forks it’s overpriced.
I’d also say it’s a repaint and no doubt had some other work as all seem to have.

Not as much as I kick myself for not buying Saltyman's harlequin aqua fade 15 years ago for a fraction of what they go for now!

I guess you have to roll the dice with early Yos when it comes to their seatube / BB issues but as you said not at this price. I was lucky with mine and still had to do some cleaning to find out the state it was.
You can ask for a picture from the seller from that area. You get a pretty good view with new mobile phones of whats happening down there from the top of the seat tube.
