Isn't this the frame that had the seat tube replaced in a the non-fat size of 27.2 ID? I wonder if this was mentioned to the new buyer as it doesn't appear to have been specifically mentioned in the for sale ad above :?

Still it will make finding decent seatposts marginally easier
