Falcon Black Arrow conversion

Black Arrow 2000. Bit of a strange one, it would of been a 10 speed at one point but someone converted it to a Sturmey Archer AW 3 speed. The badge says designed by Ernie Clements although it's not the usual Falcon design.

23 inch frame. 27 inch wheels. Brand new chain and larger rare sprocket fitted.

Were def 10 speed I've still got mine somewhere with same badges and Ernie Clements forks are same but look like been rubbed back mine are same but black

Yeah I don't know about what happened with the forks, they have been sprayed that colour or probably came off a completely different bicycle. The mudguards seem to come from a Falcon Black Diamond.

It's a nice ride, the gear change is extremely smooth and reassuring. The hub is from 74 and it's been well looked after I figure.
