I’m under no illusion of Quality - but for little more than the cost of an XL Domino’s Pizza it has to be done

Beside as Carl has written Chris King has to be better than an Alex Salmon

Well it arrived today - and I have to say for the money it’s a great headset

The only thing dubious is obviously the faux branding - and this made me smile

Time will tell I suppose. Certainly theres little can go amiss a simple cup to hold the bearing arrangement, much like a thousand others.

We could think of it as the Aldi or Lidl equivalent

Had a root round other Purple parts to marry up with the headset - and a make over for the Kirk

Oh and the purple headset I already had - turned out to be Onza Mongo It’s the combo bar and stem that were Fred Salmon

Colour wise the faux stem cap matches up nicely with the stem
