Extralite F2

Just unpackaged this beauty…..

Not sure what to do with it yet. Whether to clean it and keep original with its various marks and chips or to get it painted and restore.

Weighs 10kg so is pretty light for a 90s full sus.

I’d like to change the bars/stem for Extralite and maybe a change headset.

Anyone know much about Extralite? I know they are still open today but not much else.

I actually read that thread before buying this bike. The red Judys look good and I’ve actually got a pair spare too

Nice! Reminds me of my yellow amp B5, great bikes if a little flex.

Did you get the klein from tge same seller or did someone else snag that?

Yes it’s similar to a Amp. I had a B5 last year and I’m function it’s similar.

I’m not a retro full sus fan if I’m honest. I love how they look but I’m always disappointed with their ride so hoping this won’t be the same. Current weight is a smidge over 10kg which isn’t bad.

No I didn’t get the Klein. It went higher than I thought it was worth and to be fair wasn’t great spec.

The wheel set is Extralite extraterrestrial.
Really nice wheels and light.

Ah makes sense, I could see they were nice but couldn't place them and no visible decals on the rims (from the listing photos)

Its only original once, but if you do decide to change the finish it would look nice polished imo, the pace forks would look good with it too then.
