External cam quick release problem.

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know where I can get a couple of these washer type cam thingies for external cam quick releases? I've done all sorts of searches and come up with nothing, nada, zilch.
Springs yes, nuts yes, levers yes but none of these thingies. Thanks.

Would a cheap Chinese seat clamp one do?

Are they the same size, Seatpost to axle skewer?
