I got no infos regarding the history of this frame. All I know, is that the frame seems to come from the US, there's a shop sticker from the "Beach Bicycle Company in 17941 Huntigton Beach" and then the frame found its way to the UK from where I bought it over here from a fellow RB member. Any further details on Tamarac in general and this frame in specific are highly welcome.
This is the real deal.My 1994 Rhygin...
Pure class.Re:
Finally a project i finished again.
Merlin Mountain #1850.....simply the nicest classic titanium frames.
Did you built a bike from it? I worked as a salesman (when I was a student at uni) for the Benelux distributor. These colours were the inspiration for our team clothes from that time.
In case you think of selling the frame, please let me know.

Via my email here above we can keep contact. I live in The Netherlands. I have a Mammoth RC201 from 1989, bought from a bike shop employee at Jone's Bike in Los Alamitos, California where I use to live. Stop riding it 2 years ago but keeping it. I have a XT group with gold letters in boxes ready to build another bike. I thought my original group would die out on me but I am 59 years and this group is strong as heck. My RC201 had Suntour group but I replaced it. I still have the Manitou 1 front fork suspension. I want to build a gravel or vacation bike with you RC201.
