No. That was done by me in 1991 with rattle cans after we had to replace a drop out i folded the hanger on. The dropouts on the pre 90s were pretty feeble and i know several who knackered theirs too.

Its easy to do if you want a go btw. Spray it dayglo pink....mask it with 3 million bits of tape cut randomly with a scalpel.....spray black and white fade over......remove tape.....clearcoat.
