Made me sick watching that earlier today. Where's the justice. Should of prosecuted them both for dangerous driving No matter who had the car at the time, probably on a mobile I'd hate to think it was deliberate.

If neither eligible driver owns up to it they should both get the points and a fine. Maybe it had the Volvo collision avoidance switched on
