Eurosport disappearing in the UK 🤬😭

I listened to Lionel and Daniel talking about this issue on 'The Cycling Podcast' this week. They made some good points about sports coverage moving behind pay-walls in general and how good us cycling fans have had it in the past. I guess having the opportunity to be able to watch all the cycling I want to, for the equivalent of a pound a day, is something I'm coming to terms with.
 
having looked in to this a bit, bearing in mind i am crap with computers, it has been suggested that using a VPN and then watching it via SBS in Austrailia, which i assume is one of their channels
 
One thing that has not been mentioned in all of the press about this is that the UK also pays for a TV license. Not everybody pays it, but it can be another cost. Some countries don't have it, some others do.

FO has it spot on. It's all bullshit corporate justification for shafting everyone to pay for Premiership football rights and service their massive debts. Reading the press releases makes me feel simultaneously sick and utterly enraged at the way capitalism acts to enshittify the world ever more.
f*** them all.
