Etto Classic helmet in original box

I have found this beauty on a second hand store and after emailing to Etto's support about it and asking what helmet it is i got this reply:

This helmet model was made at the very beginning of Etto's existence. It is helmet no. 2, and the first adult helmet. It was made in 1980 (Etto was founded in 1979 in Sweden). The Classic helmet was the breakthrough both for Etto and for bicycle helmets in general. Exactly how long the Classic helmet was in the range, and when this particular copy was produced, we unfortunately do not know.

So this helmet is the very first Etto adult helmet, its still in its original package and of course unused. Mint condition.

I have got a similar one but in black. These do not command the high prices of the later one's with the adjustable cradle (and especially if they have Troy lee feathers on ). I paid about £35 for mine but it wasn't boxed and had been lightly used
