These are Vector 2's with a steel spring rather than the elastomers and not the Crosslink type which were the later and last versions

the canti hanger suggests 1995, was this the first model that had the spring as opposed to elastomer? also, the steerer looks quite big to be a 1" set, i thought that the yellow forks meant they came from an actual proflex bike but they were all 1 1/8
