Bought a mech, arrived in double quick time. Unfortunately there was a small problem with it. He instantly offered me a full refund if I wanted it and agreed to a partial refund and me keeping it.
Problems happen with old bike bits, one of those things. I can't fault the guy for resolving it so quickly and amicably. Would gladly buy from again
