Nicotine does have some slight plus points however these are outweighed by the long term effects.

According to Cancer Research UK, "For a smoker, the health hazards of continuing to smoke greatly outweigh any potential risks of using nicotine replacement therapy".
Sounds like a fair comment to me :? and one that i hope i will take on.
Looking at any substance in its molecular effects its obvious that all the things we intake [ready meals containing massive amounts of preservatives etc] can cause problems
Take oxygen for instance
corrosive stuff but without it we die.
But enough of such things,lets concentrate on the minor risks over the dangerous ones.
