I certainly could - however, GIRVIN flexstems use regular skateboard-truck-bumpers as far as I know. So it will not really be worth the effort, will it? You can get them in a skate-shop!

If you prefer a cylindrical elastomer there instead of the cone-shaped truck bumper, I am sure we will find a quick solution!

can you get new elastomers for a RST Delta comp fork ?

Of course. No problem at all. I dont own the fork myself but as fas as I know the RST delta TL at least takes 5 elastomers per side with 18mm diameter.
